Nas celebrates 50th birthday with release of Magic 3.

Hip-hop legend Nas has marked his 50th birthday with the release of new album, Magic 3.

Magic 3 - out worldwide on Mass Appeal Records - is comprised of 15 new tracks and features Lil Wayne on Never Die.  The record is the final chapter in the New York rapper's run of collaborations with producer Hit-Boy, which has seen them release six albums in a little over three years.

Magic 3 follows the Grammy Award-winning King’s Disease (2020), its Grammy-nominated sequel King’s Disease II (2021), Magic (2021), King’s Disease III (2022), and Magic 2 (2023), which dropped just 8 weeks ago.

This year, Nas has performed in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the UK alongside the Wu-Tang Clan on their co-headline N.Y. State Of Mind Tour, and at two special hometown shows: the first at Madison Square Garden in February where he delivered a career-spanning set featuring Mary J. Blige, Hit-Boy, AZ, and Slick Rick; and the second at Yankee Stadium in August as part of the Hip-Hop 50 Live event where he was joined onstage by Ms Lauryn Hill.  The North America leg of the N.Y. State Of Mind Tour begins next week on 20th September, and Nas and Wu-Tang will be accompanied on the road by De La Soul.
