‘I'm thrilled to finally share my music with the world. The fact that there's even a music video feels surreal to me! Ten-year-old Tyler would be screaming right now. I vividly recall shooting the video, especially during a scene where the cameraman captured a Birds Eye view. He stood above me with this massive camera, and for a moment, it felt like a scene from 'Final Destination," Tyler shares.

Tyler's musical journey began at the tender age of 9 when she grabbed first place in a school talent contest with a spellbinding rendition of Mariah Carey's 'Hero.' Raised on a diet of everything from Luther Vandross to Duran Duran, Brian McKnight to Nik Kershaw to Whitney Houston, Tyler sought out to capture the essence of soul and R&B titans through a uniquely contemporary lens, explaining, “I love how the music made me feel more than anything.” Fast forward to the age of 22, Tyler’s been able to experience the feeling of doing the same for others in a solo live setting, supporting Kiana Ledé on tour at KOKO last year, as well as performing as part of Mahalia Presents nights.
