Kayiah - Attention (Single)

Multi-faceted New York-based singer-songwriter and composer Kayiah, (previously Haula), returns to the sound sphere with an intoxicating R&B-infused single titled “Attention”.

Hot on the heels of previously released single “Watch Me Do It”, Kayiah continues to demonstrate why she’s one of the most exciting and naturally intriguing artists and composers coming though right now with “Attention”. The Ugandan-born, London-raised multi-hyphenate continues her ascent as an impactful international name—her soulful, tender vocals gliding over skippy percussive elements and smart synth lines to create a resonant, thought-provoking gem. Speaking on the release, Kayiah states: “I have so much music that I am just excited to share it with the world. I wrote this song in 2017/2018 and it’s one of my favourite tracks. It’s very R&B—sultry with hints of pop. It’s a love song with a lot of vulnerability but also seductive and passionate. With the lyrics play with that push and pull, the thrill of attraction, and the way love can feel like nothing else matters but being fully present with that person who has your full attention."
