Due to popular demand, Soul Quest Records co-founder Max Sinàl reveals the first in the label’s vinyl compilation EP series, ‘Quest One’. The EP features 5 choice releases from the label, ablaze with the fresh sounds of London’s soulful and jazzy underground. ‘Quest One’ includes 3 solo productions from Max; the sublime downtempo jazzy grooves of Soul Quest’s sell out second release: ‘Let Your Hair Down’ and ‘Let You In’, featuring vocalists Hutch The Great & Melodi Marsh; and the beautifully soul-drenched ‘Waiting’ complete with spine-tingling vocals from Bianca Nieddu. Bringing his dreamy Deep House vibes, Soul Quest co-founder Slxm Sol delivers an exquisite remix of KingCrowney X Zoe Kypri‘sCoat On’; and closing out this stellar EP is 2fox’s (aka Max Sinàl & Renell Shaw), broken beat soulful smash, ‘So Long’, with Liam Bailey & BB James on vocals. Native East Londoner Max Sinàl has been playing and releasing music under various alias’s since starting out on East London’s famous pirate radio circuit 25 years ago. In recent years he has had releases on labels such as Knee Deep In Sound, Of Unsound Mind, Elements and Black Butter under various alias's including 2fox, M.A.X and Sinàl (Kincaid & Sinàl) As one half of 2fox, they have amassed over 20 million Spotify streams and have been remixed by the likes of Manoo, Kaytronik (Karizma), Mele, Rudimental, Aroop Roy, Coflo with one forthcoming from house music legend Louie Vega. 2023 saw him launch the Max Sinàl moniker, alongside Soul Quest Records - a label he Co- founded with two close friends. In just a few months he earned the title of one of DJ Mag’s Best Emerging Artists, had his song ‘Let You In’ labelled as one of Bandcamp’s best releases of 2023 and had his track ‘Let Your Hair Down’ synced with the smash hit video game Fortnite.
