Killer Mike ft: Blxst + Offset - Exit 9 (Nawf’ West Remix) (Single)
Killer Mike has shared a new version of his Exit 9 single featuring a fresh verse from Offset. A celebration of their hometown of Atlanta, the original Exit 9 is one of the highlights of Killer Mike’s triple Grammy-award winning album, Michael.
Mike says of the collaboration: “Offset and I have been running into each over the years showing one another love and respect and talking about working on something. Finally the time was right and the Nawf’ West remix was born!”
The new edit also includes revised vocals from Mike paying tribute to his recently deceased friend and Dungeon Family comrade, Rico Wade. Mike raps: “It hurt like hell to say, but rest in peace to Rico Wade / He soundtracked the day that me and Sleep was servin’ J’s”.
Killer Mike and The Mighty Midnight Revival choir will tour the UK and Europe this summer; the dates include Mike’s biggest UK headline shows yet:
23 Aug - O2 Academy - Glasgow
26 Aug - O2 Forum, Kentish Town - London
27 Aug - Albert Hall - Manchester
