As we close in on the release of their highly anticipated ‘DEMODE 2’ mixtape set for release on August 22nd, the sophomore project to the 2023 release ‘DEMODE’, Frozemode unveil the final single “MANDEM NAH”. With production from highly reputable London producer, Samo, known for his work with A$AP Rocky, Skepta, Ants Live and Jeshi, just to name a few, Frozemode are on a mission to crystallise their bubbling position in British music.

Continuously pushing their sonic boundaries through daring experimentation, Frozemode’s ability to stay unpredictable creates an excitement around their name as fans anticipate their next move. Pushing a whimsical sound with “MANDEM NAH”,  I.V.GATLIN, Cho-Hollo, and Lisong go back-to-back on this infectious release. Toying with “rave and road culture in London”, “MANDEM NAH” is heavily influenced by New York City’s Hip-Hop scene. Bursting with a charismatic energy and playful bars, the corresponding video captures London’s culture. Putting their spin on British essence, Frozemode’s undefeated catalogue is yet to be splintered.

When asked about the single Frozemode commented, “Mandem Nah is a playful track that toes the line between rave and road culture in London. Influenced by the NYC hip hop scene and filled with high energy, cool flows and witty lyrics, the ModeSkl vibe is in full effect.”

The alt-rap trio Frozemode, made up of members I.V.GATLIN, Cho-Hollo, and Lisong, made their debut at the very end of 2022. Spiralling since their head-turning entrance, the trailblazing trio are known for their masterful penmanship, playful bars, and sonic prowess. Based in the UK’s central hub, London, Frozemode are swiftly capturing the nation’s attention with their genre-warping sound they like to call “MODESKOOL”.

Fiercely owning their position on their first run at the festival season, with slots at Reading and Leeds - see here, 2000trees and The Great Escape last year, Frozemode have incredibly played over 50 shows, to date.

Taking the stage at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend (BBC Introducing Stage) the boys put on an electric performance that was equally matched as they took to Download Festival’s Dogtooth stage.
