Following on from the release of his single ‘Calm Waters’ earlier this year, Dutch-Ghanaian artist Bnnyhunna is releasing his new single ‘COMMUNICATE’, out now.

Featuring collaborations with acclaimed Jembaa Groove and the celebrated Nigerian sibling duo The Cavemen, this track marks a pivotal moment in Bnnyhunna’s musical journey as he leads up to the release of his debut album, Echoes of Prayer, on October 11th.

The Cavemen, known for their revival of highlife music, have built a dedicated cult following through their electric live performances across their homeland of Nigeria. Their experimentation and nostalgic sound have garnered critical acclaim, with both of their LP releases being praised for reintroducing the essence of highlife music to a modern audience.

After developing a deep-rooted passion for music, Bnnyhunna initially emerged as a touring musician and producer for notable artists such as Jose James, Rimon, and Gaidaa. Over the years, he has established himself as a versatile creator, eager to share his own unique message through his music. His artistry is deeply introspective, often drawing on his personal experiences to tell stories that resonate with a global audience.

The release of ‘COMMUNICATE’ drops ahead of Bnnyhunna’s London performance as part of the Steamdown Weekly series at Peckham Levels, taking place on 18th September.
