BlazeYL - Instantly (Official Video)

South London’s rising lyricist BlazeYL releases his new single, ‘Instantly,’ produced by London beatmaker APow. Accompanied by a trippy music video directed by Sam Schott, the footage follows BlazeYL on a journey through South London.

Still feeling the effects of a wild night, he navigates the city streets, leading to a powerful performance at the iconic East London docks. When speaking on the single and video, BlazeYL said: “Instantly is a very upbeat, energetic, rebellious type of track and I wanted to capture a certain vibe for the video with the camera being more up close & personal with a body rig camera. The video shows myself starting from the ends in Kennington, after having a big night before then making my way through London, still feeling rough but not caring & carrying on the session. I find myself by the docks of east London, where I find inspiration and energy, leading to performance shots with the London backdrop”. This release follows his critically acclaimed 12-track mixtape, "The Cost of Being," which dropped in May, marking a stellar run for Blaze. In addition to the mixtape, Blaze has been dropping standout visuals, including the video for ‘Money Is Time’ feat Arz, and his ‘Cornershop Freestyle’. He’s also lent his talent to standout collaborations, featuring on D7’s single ‘Money Talks’ and Jatzdakid’s track ‘Envy’ alongside AntsLive. The lyricist has been making waves beyond music, too. He recently teamed up with JD Sports and Asics for a campaign that saw him running through London, hitting the gym, and visiting his barber. BlazeYL is clearly on a roll—and it’s only just beginning.
