Revered British artist and producer Tom Misch shares the third offering in a series of singles released across the last few months, "Better Days”. Following the release of previous tracks "Insecure," and “Cinnamon Curls”, Misch continues to deliver his signature blend of daydream melodics and classic production.

"Better Days" is a warm and open-hearted ballad that offers relief and calm amidst life's trials. The song's gentle melodies, paired with Misch's soothing vocals, create a soothing and serene sound palette. Paired against a stripped back production, the lyrics are brought to the foreground, offering a sense of peace and tranquillity, imbued with optimism and comfort.

“I wrote Better Days with Jimmy Napes back in 2019. It’s great to release something that feels more stripped back and acoustic.” - Tom Misch

Previous single "Cinnamon Curls" was testament to Misch's collaborative spirit, co-written with Grammy-winning songwriter Jimmy Napes, multi-instrumentalist and producer Nate Mercereau (who recently worked on André 3000’s acclaimed instrumental album), and longtime collaborator and singer-songwriter Carmody. The track was masterfully mixed by the renowned Neal H Pogue, whose expertise has shaped the sound of numerous hits across genres. “Insecure” served as a compelling testament to Misch's artistic evolution, effortlessly weaving together his signature blend of introspective lyricism, hypnotic rhythms and sumptuous instrumentation.

Tom Misch has been a significant force in contemporary music, seamlessly merging elements of jazz, R&B, electronic and hip-hop. He has peppered the last few years with various musical explorations including his collaborative album with drummer and jazz innovator Yussef Dayes, and electronic experimentation with the club aligned alter ego Supershy, which showcased his versatility and willingness to push artistic boundaries. His acclaimed 2018 album “Geography” was his last solo album release.

With sold out shows across the globe, streaming figures in excess of 1.5 billion,  collaborations with the likes of De La Soul,  Loyle Carner (who he recently joined on-stage during Loyle’s All Points East headline set),  Michael Kiwanuka and Marcos Valle, and support from Eric Clapton, John Mayer and Elton John,  Misch has quietly but rapidly become one of the most celebrated artists of the last decade and influenced a generation of musicians and producers. Keep eye peeled over the coming months, as Misch meticulously crafts his highly anticipated new solo album.
