With I DON’T CARE, Ray dives headfirst into the apathy and disconnection that define a generation lost in digital chaos and the monotony of everyday life. Dark yet infectious, the track explores the emotional numbness brought on by a fast-paced, hyperconnected world where reality often feels out of reach.

"I wanted to tap into that feeling where everything becomes so overwhelming that you simply stop feeling invested," Lozano explains. "It’s a raw reflection on modern disillusionment — but hey, who really cares, right?"

After the success of her previous singles DRAGON, HiYA, and KIKI, Ray continues to push boundaries in 2025. Her forthcoming second album SILK&SORROW promises to take her signature blend of lo-fi future soul to new heights—uncompromising, playful, and deeply empowering.

With her 2023 debut album Pairing Mode (LP & Digi), co-produced with Samon Kawamura, the singer and producer from Cologne made a lasting mark on German-Asian culture. The album amassed over 58 million streams and garnered praise from tastemakers like Jamz Supernova, WDR Cosmo, and Spiegel Online. Her artistry has been recognized with the prestigious Holger Czukay Award and a NICA artist residency, all while captivating audiences across Germany.
