What data do we collect?
Wordplay collects the following information:
•Personal information, including: name, email, address and sometimes a contact number.

Your data is only ever provided by you upon purchasing a product, signing up for newsletters and/or entering competitions.
How will we use your data?
Wordplay collects your data so that we can:
•Process orders and manage your account.
•Email you news updates on our projects and magazine releases – unless you’ve opted out of course.
Your data will only ever be shared will third parties (brands and labels we work with only) with your permission, especially with regards to delivering products purchased or won in competitions.
How do store your data?
Wordplay stores data using Squarespace’s built-in customer accounts system – nowhere else.
Marketing
We will only contact you for marketing purposes if you have explicitly given permission – i.e. signing up for a newsletter, entering competitions or similar.
You are always able to unsubscribe from any newsletters at any time and the option to update your preferences is included with every email – failing that please email info@wordplaymagazine.com.
What are your data protection rights?
Wordplay would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every customer is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request for details on any information we may have associated with you. A small fee may be applicable for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we amend any information we have stored that you believe to be incorrect.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we completely erase your personal data.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Wordplay restrict the processing of your personal data.
The right to portability – You have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to a specific third party, or yourself, under certain circumstances.

Wordplay do not use any additional cookies other than those that are already in use by Squarespace – these can be viewed by clicking the padlock icon on the address bar in your browser. You can also manage cookies from there; please be aware though that by disabling or removing key cookies our site functionality may be impaired.
