IN PICS: Giggs @ O2 Victoria Warehouse, Manchester

London rapper, Giggs, played a packed out show at O2 Victoria Warehouse, on the 3rd and what a show it was.

Fans from all over Manchester and the surrounding areas pushed their way to the best spots in this 2500 capacity venue, most finding their way to the floor which would later become the mosh pit, meanwhile others chose a “slightly" more relaxed experience, enjoying the views from the balcony.

Wednesday’s show was one of 16 dates on his current tour, named simply, ’The Tour’. Throughout November, Giggs has been making his way around Europe, playing shows in the likes of France, Germany, Denmark and more before returning back to the UK to finish the remainder of his tour on home soil.

Giggs played 8 sold out UK shows - It was originally 7, until an additional date in Glasgow had to be added due to phenomenal demand and we can certainly believe that given the buzz that Giggs is carrying throughout the UK right now.

Another London rapper who you might have heard of, brother to Skepta, JME, had been signing copies of his latest album ‘GrimeMC’ earlier that evening at a HMV in Manchester - Fast forward a few hours, we’re half way through Gigg’s set and we hear the 2015 hit ‘Man Don’t Care’ chime in and sure enough our questions are answered as JME makes an unannounced appearance, playing a couple of tracks with Giggs before departing - an appearance that was definitely welcomed with warm arms.

Supporting Giggs at his Manchester show we saw Tiny Boost, Ms Banks, Ambush & Sneakbo who each treated us to their own individual sets before making way for the main show.

Wrapping it up, we’d like to thank Ben at Run Music for arranging our passes and invite you to indulge in some of our favourite shots of the evening from photographer Dan Griffiths | Visualati.
