PREMIERE: Vice beats - That Love (Dilla Tribute) f. Greg Blackman, Jack Jones & Knuf

Vice beats has released the first single from his album “Dilla: The Timeless Tribute”. The album is a reworking of elements of Miguel Atwood-Ferguson’s “Suite For Ma Dukes”, a classical tribute to J Dilla. Vice beats has crafted a series of original pieces, with original compositions featuring musicians from around the world. The album is raising money for the James Dewitt Yancey Foundation in Detroit.

The first single is entitled “That Love” and features Jack Jones (formerly known as Audessey) from Soundsci, the powerhouse that is UK based vocalist Greg Blackman and Brazilian drummer and percussionist Knuf.

Vice beats has released a short lyric video with graphics from Riley Chambers, featuring the first verse to give a flavour of what’s in store, with the album due to drop on limited vinyl 7th February. This one is going to be big!
