Jay Lewn - Boyfriend Part 2 (Single)

Soaring off the back of the success of his soul tingling single “Glitter Ain’t Gold” ft Jaz Karis, London hailed singer songwriter Jay Lewn reveals his latest instalment “Boyfriend Part 2”.

Following on from the track “Boyfriend” appearing on his debut project “FORM 01”, “Boyfriend Part 2” showcases Jay’s penchant for crafting deftly executed harmonies amongst soul dripping soundscapes. Cushioned by tipsy guitar licks and nostalgic lo- fi frequencies, the track displays a profound level of emotional openness alongside a delicately tasteful R&B flare.

Speaking on the track, Jay said: “Boyfriend Part 2 continues along the theme of un- requited love, and tackles more personal topics of depression and heartbreak. It’s a much more paired back record compared to the others on LOVERBOY and wears its heart on its sleeve.”

“Boyfriend Part 2” marks the third in a string of singles plucked from his upcoming sophomore EP “LOVERBOY”, said to explore the multi-faceted, twisted perceptions of love, and rumoured to be his “most refined sound” to date.
