Watch Me is an energetic tune with conscious lyrics detailing the trials and tribulations Lil Nate was facing as a teenager growing up in a small Irish town and where he planned to be in the future while living in the present doing my best to be the man he has become. The beat, which is produced by Obi, is inspired by G-Funk and Southside hip hop, and reminds you of an old school track from the golden era of Hip Hop.

Since the beginning of 2021, Lil’ Nate has been making moves on his road to success. This track is the 2nd official music video released from his 6 track EP “Hopes And Dreams” that came out on the 7th of May. He also has a slot to open up for Grandmaster Flash on the 20th of August and CasIsDead on the 10th of September both at Chalk Brighton.
