Snow - Interview + All That I Got (Official Video)

Still fresh on the scene, but a gift that keeps on giving, rapper Snow drops his 4th release of the year ‘All That I Got’.

Snow is an exciting rapper from East London, Hainault and has took to the UK scene with a new approach. Showing great dynamism, he is able to combine his honest lyrical ability along with his striking flows, working in an unorthodox style across rap and drill tracks. His debut release ‘Risky Business’ introduced Snow and his most recent track ‘Chop and Wrap’ received support from KISS DJ ‘Rude Kid’ showcasing how the track and Snow are well on their way to newer and advanced levels.

‘All That I Got’ is melodically supported by a guitar melody reinforced by other vocal samples. One of the most musically inclined beats Snow has connected with, producing a textured and mesmerising vibe. As always Snow provides a masterclass in how to write a fire hook, for not the first time he has supplied the listener with a catchy and skilful chorus.

Portraying an effortless swagger through his delivery, the East Londoner raps so calmly on the beat, whilst still pulling the song to a hard-hitting drill and real rap hybrid.

WP: What got you into the mad world of music?

Snow: Just a hobby really, I was in jail and had a lot of time on my hands, so I just rapped and expressed myself with music. I used to have the radio on. I'd rap over the top of the song or rap with no beat. My friends were doing it, I had stuff written so I started doing it.

WP: Who influences you and who would you like to work with in the future?

Snow: Myself really, nah I’d rather do it by myself. But in the future if the right song or collab is there then I’m there.

WP: Moving on from Covid-19, have you found any issues with recording?

Snow: The videos were difficult because you were only allowed a few people around, but music wise it was pretty much alright.

WP: Tell me about the inspiration for your most recent single?

Snow: “All that I got” the inspiration was the beat, the beat makes me want to move and reflect.

WP: What would you say your proudest moment in music was, to date?

Snow: Proudest moments, I think I was in one genre before and now I’m in a few genres. I’ve branched out and discovered different pockets in hip hop.

WP: Have you got any advice for our readers who want to get into the mad game of music?

Snow: You know what, keep at it! Don’t give up.

WP: Are there any artists on your radar you think we should check out?

Snow: I just like the real guys, like Rimzee.

WP: Are there any albums you have on heavy rotation on Spotify?

Snow: I’ll be honest I don't listen to much that isn’t my own music WP: What do you like to do when you’re not making music?

Snow: Just chill man. Just chill, nothing special.

WP: What can we expect from Snow in the future?

Snow: Way more music, a lot more. Stay tuned and stay with us on the journey.

WP: Tell me 3 things you can’t live without when you’re in the studio?

Snow: Hennessy, Magnum and a crazy beat.
