East London singer-songwriter safesp8ce, known for her debut track "quiet, I can’t think," is back with a brand new, exhilarating single, "THEY ALL DIE IN THE END," via Black Butter Records. The track is an instant earworm that boasts mesmerisingly suspenseful vocals, emotive guitars, and an upbeat jungle-inspired production, reminiscent of the golden age of emo music.

“I read this book called ‘They Both Die in the End’,” she shares. “Where there’s an app that tells you when you’re going to die. It kind of got me thinking, what if that was real, what would we do?"

The accompanying video directed by Ben Wescott, was shot in a dynamic DIY style featuring fast-paced in-transit scenes giving the viewer an arresting experience that perfectly complements the track's intense energy.

Drawing inspiration from the likes of Bring Me The Horizon, Nirvana, Sleeping with Sirens, Paramore, and Pierce the Veil, safesp8ce effortlessly blends emo culture with a unique touch. Born and raised in Walthamstow, safesp8ce's musical journey began early, starting to write stories at the age of 6 and translating them into songs at 13. Her eclectic upbringing, surrounded by jungle, reggae, garage, and gospel, laid the foundation for her genre-blending approach to music.

Her recent debut single, "quiet, I can’t think," delves into her life as an autistic person in a neurotypical world, resonating with a diverse audience that appreciates raw emotions and honesty. The track, born out of a day where she felt extremely overstimulated in the morning before her session, explores the suffocating feeling of overwhelm and dysregulation. The modern rock production thrashes with frustration and layers of fuzz as she sings, "the quiet decided to run its nails on a chalkboard."

In this vulnerable yet powerful expression, safesp8ce invites listeners into the depth of her emotions, offering an unfiltered and authentic connection. As she continues to navigate and explore the diverse landscapes of London’s alternative music scene, safesp8ce's commitment to inclusivity and uplifting fellow misfits resonates in every note, creating a space where people can truly feel and connect.
