Luciano announces new album for February 9th and embarks on a major arena tour starting February 15th.
When it comes to German rap, Luciano is simply unavoidable. Since 2017, the rapper from Berlin has carved out a legacy that is unparalleled: albums topping the charts, sold-out arena shows, and collaborations with the biggest names in the national and international scene. Luciano has long surpassed the rest. Following the success of his first solo single, "Time," which debuted at number 1 on the charts, Luciano, now in his seventh year of his career, is dropping his highly anticipated seventh album, "Seductive," on February 9th!
This album follows a similarly successful 2023. The single "Wonderful Life," released at the end of last year in collaboration with SIRA, Achraf, and 6PM Records, entered the German singles chart at number 1 and has since been streamed over 20 million times. The RAF Camora collaboration "All Night" not only debuted at number 1 in Germany but also in Austria and Switzerland, achieving gold status. Additionally, Luciano was featured on the top-3 single "Expensive Shit" by reezy and had four of his own singles, including the collaboration "Mami" with US Rap Queen BIA, enter the top 10.
In 2022, Luciano dropped "Beautiful Girl," the most successful song of the year. Produced by Geenaro and Ghana Beats, the track remained at number 1 on the Official German Singles Chart for six consecutive weeks and was awarded triple gold and double platinum certifications in Germany and Austria.
On his eighth album, "Seductive," Luciano once again leverages his global connections. The feature lineup reads like the ultimate top-tier list of the international music scene. For "Another Vibe," Luciano teams up with Nigerian superstar Omah Lay to deliver an atmospheric love song over Afro-Fusion riddims that bridge even the greatest distances. "Mami" collaborates with US Rap Queen BIA, and "Soldier" marks the second collaboration with Aitch following the platinum hit "Bamba."
"Love You More" with UK artist Nemzzz is a laid-back R&B bouncer, while "Risk" sees Luciano tapping into his Turkey-Italy connection for a drill banger featuring Uzi and Sfera Ebasta. "Blue Porsche" with Niska connects Luciano with France, while "Haaland" with Freeze Corleone and "Bars Afrique" with Stefflon Don and HoodBlaq make waves from London to Ludwigshafen. "Familie" with Morad represents a top-tier German-Spanish collaboration.
In "2 Germans," Luciano teams up with 187-member Gzuz, and "Kinder der Streets," alongside RAF Camora, reflects on their past and the journey they've taken to the top. But Luciano also demonstrates with songs like "The One" and the number-1 single "Time" that he stands strong solo. Similarly, "Facts" showcases Luciano's captivating flow over laid-back R&B vibes, making the album title a reality and proving that there's still no one like him.
