Delphi - Summer Is Over (Single)

Rising Swedish R&B/Pop star Delphi releases new single ‘Summer Is Over’ set to release on March 29th. ‘Summer is over’ is a soulful chilled track that perfectly encapsulates that summer evening feeling. Delicate vocals sit on top of sultry piano melodies, setting the listener off on a journey of exploration. Shortly meeting neet countering harmonies, ‘Summer Is Over’ is bold, enchanting and glorious expedition of songwriting and outlines an understated yet powerful performance from Delphi.

Delphi explains that ‘Summer Is Over’ is about "You woke up too late.The best days are behind you and you're trying to find joy in the life that is left. ‘Summer Is Over’ is about searching for kicks and battling with addiction in different forms."

With roots in the Caribbean and West Africa, Delphi's heart beats for afro-rhythms, which is a reflection of her cultural heritage. In 2023, the independent artist collaborated with Hip Hop legend R.A. The Rugged Man from New York and Reverie from LA, releasing "Stereo Edit". Following came the releases "Afraid of Your Heart," "ELEMENTS," "Beso," and "Free/Someday".

Delphi has gained significant attention, making the cover of one of Sweden's largest entertainment magazines, NÖJESGUIDEN, where she discussed her upbringing and music career as a woman of colour. After a summer of touring in Sweden and performing at the festival Ricci Weekender in Sicily, Delphi is now ready to release new music.
