Created with the hope of bringing light into people’s lives, “Sun Song” is a reminder of the quiet power in the moments and connections that sustain us.

Co-written with long-time collaborator Emilie Boyd while she was newly pregnant, “Sun Song” is a gently uplifting reflection on love, gratitude and the beauty of togetherness. Now sung by Boyd to her baby son, the track has taken on even deeper meaning, becoming part of his welcome into the world. “The sun makes us change our mood. It keeps everything alive,” says Vasmant. “This track is the sound of being in love—with life, with people, with the world around us.”
